Artistic concept of a low-relief basaltic lunar plain under a black sky
Artist's concept. Your actual view would depend heavily on several unsolved logistics.

Entire mare escape · lunar near side

A little place
on the Moon.

Trade the group chat for a 4.3 km-wide patch of ancient basalt, an uninterrupted horizon, and the kind of quiet that makes a cabin in the woods feel crowded.

The stay

The listing highlights

There is no concierge. There is no water pressure. There is, however, room to think.

Private horizon

Nearly 19 km² of open mare plain. Your nearest real neighbors are several hundred thousand kilometers away.

Unmatched night sky

Zero light pollution, zero clouds, and a view of Earth that does not need a booking app to impress you.

Long solar days

Sunrise and sunset are a monthly event here. Pack thoughtfully. The weather does not negotiate.

!

Rustic by design

Atmosphere, running water, Wi-Fi, and return transport are presently self-catered.

Photo tour

Good bones. Strong views.

Real LROC map imagery, with the supplied parcel geometry shown in amber. The two do not constitute an invitation to land anything.

The forecast

Almost no chance
of rain.

The weather report is refreshingly brief. Local astronomical conditions are calculated from a cached NASA/JPL Horizons ephemeris, not a weather app having a moment.

"The silence is unbelievable. Mostly because sound does not travel through vacuum, but still. Five stars."

One small technicality

The deed is a souvenir.
The view is real.

Fecundity Reach maps a private Lunar Embassy parcel designation onto a real place in Mare Fecunditatis. It is not a recognized extraterrestrial property title, legal survey, construction site, or NASA-endorsed destination. It is a very good excuse to look at the Moon properly.

Fine print, but the useful kind

Know before you don't go.

LocationModern east-positive lunar coordinates: 20.652174° S, 46.590909° E, near the southern margin of Mare Fecunditatis.

TerrainUSGS maps classify this rectangle as Im2, an Imbrian upper mare unit: ancient basaltic flows with low-relief terrain and scattered small craters.

ImagesScientific maps come from NASA/LRO/LROC. The hero image is terrain-informed concept art, clearly labeled and not a literal view.
